This article will discuss the steps you should take if you are trying to sign up for CLI Engage and you had a previous account.

  1. Submit a help ticket through this link IF you had a previous CLI Engage account -


c. Keep in mind your account will be updated and an invitation will be sent to the email inputted entered in the request field on the help ticket, see picture below:


a. Inform them, CLI Engage will be reaching out via email to request authorization to create/update your account under the school/center you are requesting

  1. Once authorization has been received CLI receives authorization from your administrator via email, the following will occur:

a. CLI Engage Staff updates previous account

b. Account is reset

c. New invitation is sent User will be sent a new invitation to register with the updated email address

d. User will need to check email and click the link sent to complete registration
