Non-Certified Assessors:
Non-certified Assessors will focus on certification requirements; certification is required before an Assessor can conduct an assessment.
Non-noncertified Assessors must complete the certification requirements within an estimated time of 4 – 6 weeks (required by end of probationary period at the latest).
After a two-week onboarding period, non-certified assessors must allocate at least 35 hours per week to completing certification activities (completion of modules, coding exercises, PLCs, and re-tests, as applicable).
For Assessor Managers to better support their Assessor staff and to conduct validity and reliability practices, Managers are also required to attain certification and maintain reliability via quarterly exercises.
