Multiple Situations

Overlapping situations, such as an ELP being due for an annual monitoring but having just changed ownership, will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Staff should email TexasRisingStar@twc.texas.gov, with “Texas Rising Star Guidance” in the subject line, explaining the situation and including the affected ELP name and license number, in order to receive timely support.
