The Growth Report displays a bar graph indicating student % meeting benchmark on selected measures compared to waves of administration. Student average scores for the selected measure can also be viewed. |
Prerequisites
- You must be logged into CLI Engage
- Your students must be rostered in CLI Engage
- In the SCREENING, PROGRESS MONITORING AND OBSERVATION section of CLI Engage, you must see the assessment that you are requesting the report for. If you do not see this option, then open a help ticket.
- You must be assigned to the class, school, or district, depending on the type of desired report and your account type

Locate the red banner Screening, Progress Monitoring and Observation on the dashboard and click on the assessment you would like to produce reports, for example CIRCLE Progress Monitoring PreK.
Click on the name of school School.
Clickon Class Name.
View the reports Reports tab at the top of the student class view.
From the drop down menu, select Class Growth Report.
Select languageLanguage, wavesWaves, and % meeting benchmarks view or average scores view Meeting Benchmarks View or Average Scores View. In order to see a growth report, you’ll want to compare waves so, select at least one additional wave.
Note: If you are assigned to multiple classrooms classes in the system, you can also select to view a growth report “for all classes” “For All Classes” which will combine all classrooms to which you have access. You can also select specific indicators to be included on the report.
Then, select the measures Measures for the report. You can select one or multiple measures.
Scroll to bottom and click on blue tab “Class button labeled Class Growth Report.”
The report will build and then can be exported to a PDF.
Before exporting you can hover over the table with your cursor to see the percentages displayed on the bar graph.
You can manipulate the view by decreasing the bar colors to see specific growth development only.
In this For example, by clicking on the colors above the graph, you can create a growth report that shows only proficiency gains.
To view the class average growth, select Select the average scores option for class growth report, language, wavesClass Growth Report, Language, Waves, and measuresMeasures.
Scroll to bottom and click on blue tab “Class button Class Growth Report.”
The report indicates the average score for all students tested in the class in the measure or sub-measure indicated out of a maximum total.
When finished, you can export Export and view the report featuring the student outcomes you desire to view.
