Instructions

  1. On the dashboard, find the red banner labeled Screening, Progress Monitoring and Observation. Select the assessment for which you want to create a report, such as CIRCLE Progress Monitoring PreK.

  2. Select the school name.

  3. Select the class name.

  4. At the top of the class view, open the Reports tab.

  5. From the drop-down menu, select Class Growth Report.

  6. Select the Language, Waves, and report view: % Meeting Benchmarks View or Average Scores View. To view growth, select at least two waves to compare.

Note: If you are assigned to more than one class, you can select For All Classes. This option combines all classes you can access into one growth report.

  7. Select the Measures for the report. You may choose one measure or multiple measures.

  8. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the blue Class Growth Report button.

  9. Wait for the report to load. You can then export it as a PDF.

  10. Before exporting, hover over the bar graph to view the percentages for each bar.

  11. To focus on specific growth areas, select or clear the color labels above the graph.

  12. For example, clear the colors you do not need to show a report with only proficiency gains.

  13. To view class average growth, choose the Average Scores View option. Then select the Language, Waves, and Measures for the Class Growth Report.

  14. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the blue Class Growth Report button.

  15. The report shows the average score for all students tested in the selected class, measure, or sub-measure. Scores are shown out of the maximum possible total.

  16. When you are finished, select Export to save or view the report with the student outcomes you selected.
