Developmental Checklist must be complete

Log into your CLI Engage account
Choose ‘Developmental Milestones Checklist’ under the Red Banner - Screening, Progress Monitoring and Observation
On the next page, choose child’s name
Under Action, choose the ‘Download’ button
Hover over both options to view the name
Select all measures needed
Choose ‘Export’
Pop-up will appear to save document before opening
Save and Open to view
