How to Download Report for Developmental Milestones Checklist

This guide will explain on to download a report once the Developmental Checklist has been completed to provide to parent or teacher.

• Child must be created in CLI Engage

• Developmental Checklist must be complete

Open

 Instructions

1. Log into your CLI Engage account

2. Choose ‘Developmental Milestones Checklist’ under the Red Banner - Screening, Progress Monitoring and Observation

3. On the next page, choose child’s name

4. Under Action, choose the ‘Download’ button

   1. Hover over both options to view the name

5. Select all measures needed

6. Choose ‘Export’

   1. Pop-up will appear to save document before opening

7. Save and Open to view
