Access to each of these group of reports depends on your user account type (i.e., Community/District User can download Community, School, Class, and Student reports. Teachers can download Class and Student Reports)

The Summary report provides a benchmark report displayed in a bar graph as well as an average scores report for selected measures within a specific wave of assessment.

Prerequisites

  • You must be logged into CLI Engage
  • Your students must be rostered in CLI Engage
  • In the SCREENING, PROGRESS MONITORING AND OBSERVATION section of CLI Engage, you must see the assessment that you are requesting the report for. If you do not see this option, then open a help ticket.
  • You must be assigned to the class, school, or district, depending on the type of desired report and your account type

\uD83D\uDCD8 Instructions

These instructions assume that you have already accessed the CLI Engage dashboard and want to download the Community Level Reports.

  1. From the CLI Engage dashboard, go to the red banner labeled Screening, Progress Monitoring, and Observation

  2. Click on the assessment for which you would like to produce reports.

  3. In the Community/District: field, enter the name of the CLI Engage Community

  4. Click the Search button

  5. Click on the drop down Reports, and select Community Summary Report.

  6. Select a Language, Grade Level, Wave and Measures.

  7. At the bottom of the page, click on Average Report to see the average score for selected measures based only on the assessed students or click Benchmark Report.

  8. A link to the report will be sent to your email.

  9. Click on the download link in the email.

  10. Download the report, save and view the PDF.

  11. As an alternative to using email, you can easily access the link to download your report results from the dashboard by using My Reports, located at the top of the page.

  12. My Reports will conveniently store your report links for up to 15 days.

  13. The Average Report indicates the average score for all students in each school tested in the community/district in the measure or sub-measure indicated out of a maximum total.

  14. To view the Benchmark Report, follow the same steps using the link to download the report.

  15. The Benchmark Report identifies percentages of students at risk for academic difficulties based on scoring against established “formal” or “informal” proficient and meeting benchmarks. Color coding is adjusted based on specific age ranges.

  16. Before exporting you can hover over the table with your cursor to see the percentages displayed on the bar graph.

  17. You can also manipulate the bar graph to show different views of proficiency displayed. For example, only students with emerging ability (not-proficient) can be shown. Click on the color codes at top of graph to increase or decrease the view.

  18. Click Export to save the Benchmark Report as a PDF.

The Reports drop down is where you can select the different types of reports (Community, School, Class, and Student Assessment Reports) by searching for the Community/District, School, and Class
