This article will explain how to split a class into two classes.
Example: You have your three and four-year-olds in one class, but what to separate them into their own classes. PK3/4 into PK3 and PK4
Prerequisites:
Created New Class
Update Existing Class Name
All Students uploaded

Log in to https://cliengage.org
From Dashboard, scroll down to Administrative Tools
Select Class & Student Management
From the menu bar, click on Class Management
Click on Add Class
Complete the required information paying attention to the Class Name and the Class Level and Click Submit
Once the page has refreshed, Rename the Existing Class
Click on the pencil icon to Edit, under the Action Buttons, next to the existing class
Rename the class and select the correct grade level and choose submit
Next, Move Students, by choosing Student Management from the menu bar
Find the student(s) you are trying to move and click the pencil icon to edit, under the Action Buttons
Select or deselect the classes accordingly
Click Submit to save changes
