Recommendations to complete assessments:

  • Designate teams of Assessors to complete assessments based on the number of classrooms vs. assigning one Assessor to a Program (see chart above for recommended number of classes per Assessor)

  • Research Assistant staff will support the team with administrative duties to support the work's completion (e.g., filing assessment notes, etc.)

  • Assign a Lead Assessor (Assessor ll or lll to complete the Facility Assessment)

  • See sample template for scheduling teams for assessment completion

ELPs are asked to contact the Research Coordinator if something unexpected happens and the assessment must be rescheduled.

The Research Coordinator will add the 2-week assessment window information for each assessment scheduled, to the event log as a general update and choose to notify the mentor and the LWB. A comment will be placed on the event log to include the dates of the assessment window.
