How will communication about the quarterly screenings work?

What will be the role of the Board CDUs as far as assigning mentors to centers, adding classes to new providers? What responsibilities remain with boards, if any?

How will the assessors interact with the mentors? Will the mentors be part of the results visits?

What will communication between CLI and the Boards look like, especially in regards to changes in star level changes, screening form impacts (probations), and certification (rates)?

Should we send in blanks of our forms (Training plan, TRS Orientation, etc.) with the required items highlighted so that the CAE knows it meets prior to visiting our programs?

How does the CAE wish to be informed which application/assessment documents will be available through TECPDS/CLI and which will be available as a physical document on site.

What is a realistic workload for CLI given the number of assessors that have transitioned? (i.e., how many assessments are expected to be able to be completed each month at this time – based on current staffing)
