Why Am I Being Prompted to Complete Fields at TECPDS Login?

 Problem

Some customers may be prompted to complete additional fields in TECPDS when they log into the application.

 Solution

TECPDS recently updated our website on August 31st and adjusted a couple personal information fields as required fields. If you login to your TECPDS account after August 31st, you may see the information page with a pop up asking you to fill out the missing information.

Please make sure to review, update your contact/personal information, and fill out all of the required fields before you click submit. You only have to do this once and the next time you login, you will be able to access your dashboard right away like before.
