  1. Go to User Management and use the Email Analyzer to locate the existing account

  2. Submit a Help Ticket if you need further assistance with editing the existing account submit a help ticket

  3. Once the edits have been made in Engage, you can process the template again

  4. Process the template again under Data Management

  5. Check the status of the template after appx. 15 minutes (or more during high traffic times)

 Submit a Help Ticket if the template does not process successfully you need further assistance
