Complete scoring of the observation as soon as the observation ends. Be sure to reference the Texas Rising Star manuals and evidence from the note-taking forms.  

Maintain objectivity: always refer to what you hear and see and not your feelings. Be mindful of the halo effect (the halo effect is a perception error that distorts the way a person sees someone or interprets the information about someone with whom they may have formed a positive relationship).  

Once a score is assigned, it is considered final.
