Why Can't I Log into Engage When I Have an Account

This article is for customers who have previously logged into CLI Engage and are now getting an error that they do not have an account.

 Instructions

  1. In your browser, click on the profile icon

    1. If you are logged in as you with the same email account as you use for Engage, open a help ticket

    2. If you are logged in as you with a different email account

    3. -or- you are not logged in as you:

      1. Click Add

      2. Click Sign In

      3. Complete the Sign In Process

      4. Try to log into Engage again
