The Community Growth Report displays a bar graph indicating student % meeting benchmark on selected measures compared to waves of administration. Student average scores for the selected measure can also be viewed.

Prerequisites

  • You must be logged into CLI Engage
  • Your students must be rostered in CLI Engage
  • In the SCREENING, PROGRESS MONITORING AND OBSERVATION section of CLI Engage, you must see the assessment that you are requesting the report for. If you do not see this option, then open a help ticket.
  • You must be assigned to the class, school, or district, depending on the type of desired report and your account type

\uD83D\uDCD8 Instructions

These instructions assume that you have already accessed the CLI Engage dashboard and want to download the Community Level Reports.

  1. From the CLI Engage dashboard, go to the red banner labeled Screening, Progress Monitoring, and Observation

  2. Click on the assessment for which you would like to produce reports.

  3. In the Community/District: field, enter the name of the CLI Engage Community

  4. Click the Search button

  5. Click on the drop down Reports, and select Community Growth Report.

  6. Select the Language and either % Meeting Benchmarks or Average Score.

  7. Select the Waves, in order to see growth, you’ll want to compare waves so select at least two waves.

  8. Select the specific indicators (if needed)

  9. Select the Measures to include in the report. You can select one or multiple measures.

  10. Scroll down and select Community Growth Report

  11. A link to the report will be sent to your email.

  12. Click on the Download link in the email.

  13. Download the report, save, and view the PDF.

  14. As an alternative to using the email, you can easily access the link to download your report results from the dashboard by using My Reports.

  15. My Reports will conveniently store your report links for up to 15 days.

  16. The report will build as the report downloads.

  17. The % Meeting Benchmarks report option displays a bar graph. You can hover over the table with your cursor to see the student percentages for the waves of administration.

  18. You can manipulate the view by decreasing the bar colors to see specific growth development only. By clicking on the colors above the graph, you can create a growth report that shows only proficiency gains.

  19. The Average Scores report option indicates the average score for all students tested in the community in the measure or sub-measure indicated out of a maximum total.

  20. When finished, click the Export button to save as a PDF file.
