How do I Generate a Community Growth Report?
The Community Growth Report shows a bar graph. The graph shows the percentage of students who meet the benchmark for selected measures across assessment waves. You can also view the average student score for each selected measure.

Use these steps after you open the CLI Engage dashboard. They explain how to download Community Level Reports.
From the CLI Engage dashboard, go to the red banner labeled Screening, Progress Monitoring, and Observation.
Select the assessment for the report you want to create.
In the Community/District field, enter the CLI Engage Community name.
Select Search.
Open the Reports drop-down menu, and select Community Growth Report.
Select the Language.
Select either % Meeting Benchmarks or Average Score.
Select the Waves. To view growth, select at least two waves.
Select specific indicators, if needed.
Select the Measures to include in the report. You can select one or more measures.
Scroll down and select Community Growth Report.
A link to the report will be sent to your email.
Open the email and select the Download link.
Download the report, save it, and open the PDF.
You can also download report results from the dashboard by using My Reports.
My Reports stores report links for up to 90 days.
The report will build while it downloads.
The % Meeting Benchmarks report shows a bar graph. Hover over the graph to see student percentages for each assessment wave.
To change the bar graph, select or clear the color options above the graph. This lets you view specific growth results, such as proficiency gains.
The Average Scores report shows the average score for all students tested in the community. It shows the score for the selected measure or sub-measure out of the total possible score.
When you are finished, select Export to save the report as a PDF file.
