This report provides a summary of the scores for the class.

Prerequisites

  • You must be logged into CLI Engage
  • Your students must be rostered in CLI Engage
  • In the SCREENING, PROGRESS MONITORING AND OBSERVATION section of CLI Engage, you must see the assessment that you are requesting the report for. If you do not see this option, then open a help ticket.
  • You must be assigned to the class, school, or district, depending on the type of desired report and your account type

\uD83D\uDCD8 Instructions

  1. Locate the red banner Screening, Progress Monitoring and Observation on the dashboard and click on the assessment for which you would like to produce reports, for example CIRCLE Progress Monitoring PreK, Texas Kindergarten Entry Assessment, TPRI, and Tejas LEE.

  2. Click on name of School.

  3. Click on Class Name.

  4. View the Reports tab at the top of the class view.

  5. From the drop down menu, select Class Summary Report

  6. Select the Language and Wave. ***Adding and selecting the Time period or DOB Range is optional.

  7. Select all the Measures needed for the report.

  8. Scroll down to bottom of page and select the class scores to be in either black & white or color.

  9. A link to download the class scores report will be sent to your email.

  10. By clicking the link, you will be directed to a button on CLI Engage where you can download the report.

  11. Or you can download the report from the CLI Engage dashboard using My Reports.

  12. My Reports will conveniently store your report links for up to 15 days.

  13. After downloading you can view the Class Summary Report by class scores.

  14. You can also view the report by benchmark percentages. Once you have selected language, wave, and measures, select Benchmark Report at bottom of page. The report will include a table with % as well as a bar graph. Before clicking Export, you can hover over each bar to see the percentages displayed.

  15. You can also manipulate the bar graph to show different views of proficiency displayed. For example, you can select to show only students with emerging ability. Click on the color codes at top of graph to increase or decrease the view. Then, click the Export button to save as PDF file.
