Not so PINK Letter: Notification of Deadline | Ladacia | a (pink slip) letter will be sent out to providers from leadership and the board to help them understand the urgency and importance of meeting their end designation date it will explain that they must be assessment ready by July 30th the letter will be marked urgent, and will have the WFS letterhead they will receive a physical letter and an email
each letter will be connected to a mentor - name & contact information mentors should expect to start receiving phone calls from non-responsive providers soon - letters will go out next week letters will be sent out to ineligible providers as well

One-on-One Support Sessions | Ladacia | as a mandatory requirement, each ELD Mentor is responsible for inviting a minimum of 2 programs to attend this weekly session at OCB you will need to call providers - go through every program on your caseload that is not assessment ready and verbally ask them to attend every Thursday 9am-2pm sessions can be scheduled on other days visitor badges and a sign-in sheet will be located downstairs at the security desk you can also hold these sessions at other locations

Community-Based PLCs | Venita | tell providers to look for Tools for Teachers PLC (1-2 virtual) in the May catalog Delicia will offer ITSN 2-day training in May need to get 900 teachers to attend these community PLCs - it’s a production target sessions are once a week - can take up to 25 providers per session providers will receive a $25 stipend for every session they attend will be adding sessions during the lunch hour and in the evenings mentor will get a copy of the PPT from L&D to give the PLC to their providers as well
