10/31 programs

• Ladacia will drop a list of the 10/1 programs

• Try to get these programs ready before the end of October - we don’t want to end up in another waiver crisis

Facility Change Programs

• 8 programs went through a facility change but did not communicate it with us

• If any of these programs belongs to you then you’ll need to follow the facility change protocol

3 things:

• Make sure the program is hit as ready

• Submit application for certification

• Use the template that Ladacia shared for event log updates for the certification request

Coding call:

• Submit the structural assessment as an initial assessment

  • Make a note in the application and in the event log that this is a structural assessment
