Connecting TECPDS and CLI Engage accounts

To connect your existing CLI Engage and TECPDS accounts please create a help ticket using the link below.

Help Ticket

Please ensure you select the correct options when creating your help ticket, you will be asked for your I.D numbers which can be located using the following methods:

  1. TECPDS ID – can be found on your dashboard, once you sign into TECPDS account 

  2. CLI ENGAGE ID – can be found by choosing 'My Account' from your CLI Engage dashboard

If you only have a CLI Engage account and want to create a connected TECPDS account, you can do so here without needing to create a help ticket.
