Issuing Certificates to Participants in TECPDS

You are required to issue certificates in TECPDS after facilitating ITSN training. ITSN uses TECPDS reports to track that a training was completed. The following links will guide you through this process:

• Send Training Certificates to Participants through TECPDS

Your mentor is available to support you through this process. You can use the ITSN Training Planning and Tracking Table at the end of this manual to plan and track your training.
