I Do Not Agree with My Submission Feedback: What Are My Options?

Please follow these instructions for how to submit an appeal either of the following:

  • I want to appeal my rubric for a failed submission.

  • I believe I demonstrated a badge/competency that was not awarded to me.

Submit a MICE ticket appeal

Instructions

  1. Submit a Help Ticket by accessing the MICE portal directly or on Engage

  2. Log into Engage and select the Help Center drop down

  3. Click Visit the Help Center

  4. Click Micro-Credential Service portal

  5. Select CLI Competency Program Help Ticket

  6. Fill in Basic Information.

  7. Select Submitting an appeal for my submission to be reviewed again

  1. Complete selections for the Type of Assistance Needed section

    1. I am currently participating as a: Select which Micro-Credential Program participate in (Coach, Trainers etc.).

    2. I uploaded a coach submission or completed a: Depending on the selection from above, you will select the specific course your submission/competencies relates to.

    3. Submission Appeal Information: Add details regarding your submission.

    4. Competency Appeal Information: Add details regarding competencies.

Include any important information in the help ticket text boxes. This includes timestamps, screenshots or any additional proof a competency was met or rubric score was awarded incorrectly.

  1. Click Send to submit your appeal help ticket and expect a response if your appeal was approved or denied

    1. If the MC Appeals team has all the information they need to review your appeal, you can expect a decision within 4 business weeks.

    2. If the MC Appeals team needs additional information, they will communicate with you on the help ticket.
