I Do Not Agree with My Submission Feedback: What Are My Options?

 Problem

1.) I want to appeal my rubric for a failed submission.

2.) I believe I demonstrated a badge/competency that was not awarded to me.

 

 Solution

If you would like to contest your submission feedback for either option listed above complete the following steps:

  1. Submit a Help Ticket on CLI Engage.

2. Choose the help ticket option that fits you best to appeal your submission feedback.

3. Choose the CLI Competency Program Help Ticket Option.

4. Include you email and basic information in the help ticket then choose “support regarding submission feedback”.

5. Please choose which Micro-Credential Program your submission appeal was uploaded in. (Coaches or Trainers)

Include any important information in the help ticket text boxes. This includes timestamps, screenshots or any additional proof a competency was met or rubric score was awarded incorrectly.

6. Send in your Help Ticket and expect a response if your appeal was approved or denied.
