How to Identify a Missing Badge from My Engage Account?

To make sure your badge count is correct and to identify the following badges and competencies you have been awarded, log in to your CLI Engage account.

 Instructions

  1. Go to your My Progress Page on CLI Engage.

  2. Next, find your enrolled Program Competency Area. (This will be labeled Coach, Trainer or Teacher).

  3. Alternatively, to view your overall progress, click on My Micro-Credential Progress.

  4. Demonstrated competencies will be marked Approved under Rating.

  5. If you are missing a competency you believe was awarded, take a screenshot of the competency and submit a Help Ticket.

Remember to include screenshots, timestamps and the submission area your competency was awarded in. Help tickets can be submitted from your Dashboard.
