Grievance Process
When an ELP files a complaint, such complaint will be communicated to the managers and Sr. Managers and will be handled by the appropriate staff. The grievance process will include, at minimum, what that grievance is, the resolution, and steps to resolution. This information will be documented on a complaint log and uploaded to the Engage event log under the school’s Texas Rising Star Assessment 2.0 section. The grievance information will be included in the monthly program assessment report provided to TWC. In the event of needing guidance from TWC if complaint is related to policies, a clarification request will be sent to TWC via email to TexasRisingStar@twc.Texas.gov
