Texas Rising Star Dashboard

The Research Coordinator staff will utilize the Texas Rising Star dashboard to assist with the Assessor assignments based on school location and Assessor availability. The maps displayed in the dashboard show the distance of Assessors in relation to the early Learning programs. The map identifies Assessors home location in relation to the Entry Level Designated schools and the TRS certified schools. If new Assessors need to be added to the Texas Rising Star Dashboard, the request must be made via the internal CLI help ticketing system to provide the Assessor’s full home address. 

 

 The list of schools identified by LWDAs. When a school is selected it allows you to view the distance of that school in comparison to the Assessors home address. This will help determine the Assessors closest to the school that needs to be assessed.  

Research Coordinators will utilize the Power BI dashboard to access the forecasting report to know which programs are up for the annual monitoring visit and the recertification assessment.
