Ongoing Professional Development

Assessor Summit:  

Assessors will be required to attend the annual Texas Rising Star Assessor Summit. The Summit is a multi-day intensive training and professional development opportunity to ensure that Assessors are equipped with the knowledge, competencies, and tools to implement all assessment activities with high quality, fidelity to the Texas Rising Star Certification Guidelines and Texas Rising Star Staff Handbook, and to ensure that all interactions with Early Learning Programs are consistent with the Core Values of CLI.
