How do I upload a MC Program submission with a shareable Google link?

Please reference these instructions to learn how to upload a submission with a shareable Google link.

Before you begin, please make sure that you have the following:

Google Drive folder

A video or document file in the Google Drive.

 Instructions

  1. Locate the file in your Google Drive.

  2. Right click on the file and then click on Share or Get link.

  3. Before sharing the link, change settings to Anyone with the link can view. This allows submission reviewers to review the video/document for demonstrated competencies.

  4. Copy the file link and paste it into the online text box on CLI Engage when uploading a new submission.

  5. When adding this link to the online text box, make sure to type in the date of your upload, timestamps to be viewed if video is over 20 minutes, and any additional information for your Submission Reviewer or PLC Facilitator, etc.

In order to paste the google drive link, press keys CTRL and V in the text box.
