How do I correct the Missing Teacher Last Name error on my Single Roster Upload template?

 Problem

I received a Missing Teacher Last Name error on my Single Roster Upload (SRU) template.

 Solution

On your template, go to Column H to review missing teacher last name.

  • Enter a teacher last name

  • Once your template has been updated process it again.

  • Please submit a help ticket for further assistance.
