How do I correct the Missing Student Last Name error on my Single Roster Upload template?

Problem
I received a Missing Student Last Name error on my Single Roster Upload (SRU) template.
Solution
On your template, go to Column Q to review missing student last name.
Enter the correct student last name
Once your template has been updated process it again.
