Per TWC Chapter 809 Child Care Services rules §809.134 and §809.136, Assessors must meet specified requirements. These are discussed below to include support and resources that can be provided to maintain compliance with protocols outlined by TWC and CLI. The Texas Rising Star Assessor is responsible for assessing ELPs for Texas Rising Star certification and continued compliance.
