CLI Engage Access

Each Manager will create a new TRS Specialist account for new Assessor staff within the first two days of employment. The Manager will also submit a help ticket to request access to the Resources and guidance board tabs within the Texas Rising Star section in Engage for new staff. 

If the Assessor had a previous account in a different role, the Manager will submit a help ticket for the account type to be changed to TRS Specialist within the first two days of employment as well as request access to the Resources and Guidance Board tabs if needed. 

Managers will have a CLI Engage account as a Community District User. The Senior Manager will submit this help ticket via Jira requesting access for the Management team. 

Those staff that are in the Research Coordinator and Fidelity Monitoring staff roles will be granted access as Community District Users also. Senior Management staff will follow the onboarding guidance provided for onboarding new staff.
