How do I correct the Missing Teacher Internal ID error on my Single Roster Upload template?

 Problem

I received a Missing Teacher Internal ID error on my Single Roster Upload (SRU) template.

 Solution

On your template, go to Column I to review missing teacher internal ID.

  • Enter a teacher internal ID; if you do not have one you can enter a number and update at a later date. (for example use the ISD name and number AISD_01)

  • Once your template has been updated process it again.

  • Please submit a help ticket for further assistance.
