How do I Generate a Student Results Export Report?

This report provides individual scores for each student. You can view scores by item, which shows each task within a measure, or by results, which shows whether a student is on track, needs support, or needs monitoring. Community and district administrators can use this report to filter and review student results. For example, you can filter by age to view results for three-year-old students. You can also view students who did not meet the benchmark for a selected measure and are marked as needing support. Communities and districts can also download raw student data to save in their own database.

  • You can generate the Student Results Export for any CLI Engage assessment after each assessment wave or at any time during the school year.

Prerequisites

You must be logged in to CLI Engage.
Your students must be rostered in CLI Engage.

Additional Information

  • The download creates three files in CSV format: DemoReport, Reference, and Report.

  • The DemoReport file is a template that shows the fields in each column.

  • The Reference file provides a key for the acronyms and shortened measure names used in the spreadsheet fields.

  • The Report file includes the student data you requested for your community or district. The spreadsheet includes:

    • Wave

    • School year

    • Community, school, teacher, and class details

    • Student details

    • Scores, starting in column AP

    • Score, assessment date and time, and status for each measure. Status options are On Track, Monitor, or Support.

You can filter and sort the sheet as needed.
