How to generate a School Level Completion Report?

The School level completion report will show all students tested, exempt and not yet tested on selected measures.

Prerequisites

You must be logged into CLI Engage
Your students must be rostered in CLI Engage
In the SCREENING, PROGRESS MONITORING AND OBSERVATION section of CLI Engage, you must see the assessment that you are requesting the report for. If you do not see this option, then open a help ticket.
You must be assigned to the class, school, or district, depending on the type of desired report and your account type

Instructions

  1. On the dashboard, find the red Screening, Progress Monitoring and Observation banner.

  2. Select the assessment for the report you need, such as CIRCLE Progress Monitoring PreK or Circle Kindergarten Progress Monitoring.

  1. Search for the community, district, and school you need.

  2. Select the school name.

  3. Select Reports.

  4. Select School Completion Report.

  5. Select the report options you need: Language, Grade Level, and any specific indicators.

  6. Select the Wave.

  7. Select the Measures.

  8. At the bottom of the page, select Export.

  9. Wait for the report to download.

  10. Open the downloaded file to view the PDF report.

  11. Review the report. It shows the number of students tested and not tested for the selected measures, along with charts. Excluded measures are not included in the calculations.

  12. Use the bar graphs to view the number and percentage of students tested.
