How do I correct the Student TSDS ID Duplicate Found error message on my Single Roster Upload template?

 Problem

I received a Student TSDS ID Duplicate Found error on my Single Roster Upload (SRU) template

 Solution

Please filter & sort your template accordingly to review the TSDS IDs in column S

  1. Remove the duplicate lines from your template as needed

  2. Save the updated template to your desktop

  3. Process the updated template again under Data Management

  4. Check the status of the template after appx. 15 minutes (or more during high traffic times)

  5. Submit a Help Ticket if you need further assistance submit a help ticket
