How do I correct the Missing Student Name error on my Single Roster Upload template?

 Problem

I received a Missing Student Name error on my Single Roster Upload (SRU) template.

 Solution

On your template, go to Column O and P to review missing student name.

  • Enter the correct student’s first or last name

  • Once your template has been updated process it again.

  • Please submit a help ticket for further assistance.
