An Assessor should take detailed notes during the assessment, as a summary of these notes must be entered into Engage to support the score rendered. These notes will help the program’s mentor with the development of the CQIP. The Assessor must meet with the program’s mentor to discuss the details of the assessment and share information that may inform the program’s CQIP.
