How do I correct the Student Duplicate Found error message on my Single Roster Upload template?


I received a Student Duplicate Found error on my Single Roster Upload (SRU) template


Please filter & sort your template accordingly to determine where a student may be listed more than once

  1. Remove the duplicate student from your template

  2. Save the updated template to your desktop

  3. Process the updated template again under Data Management

  4. Check the status of the template after appx. 15 minutes (or more during high traffic times)

  5. Submit a Help Ticket if you need further assistance submit a help ticket
