How do I retrieve or download reports using My Report?

Many reports are emailed to you and you are able to click the link in the email to download the file. As an alternative to using the email, you can easily access the link to download your report results from the dashboard by using My Reports.

Prerequisites

You must be logged into CLI Engage
You have generated or exported a CLI Engage report

 Instructions

These instructions assume that you have already accessed the CLI Engage dashboard and want to download your Reports.

  1. At the top of the CLI Engage dashboard, click My Reports.

  2. In the column titled Report Link, click Download or CSV Download and the report will load as a webpage or Excel file, respectively.

  3. My Reports will conveniently store your report links for up to 15 days.

  4. In the column titled Action, click the Trash Can, if you want to delete the report.
