How do I correct the Invalid Assessment Language Error on my SRU template?

How do I correct the Invalid Assessment Language Error on my SRU template?

 Problem

I received a Invalid Assessment Language error on my Single Roster Upload (SRU) or roster template.

 Solution

This value relates to Student assessments, and determines if the Student will be given only the English assessment, only the Spanish assessment, or both English and Spanish assessments (Both). If this information is unknown and field is left blank, the system will auto-assign “Both” (both English and Spanish). The value can be changed later or the Teacher can “Exclude” students from an assessment measure in any language.

  1. Review Column U on the template.

  2. Enter English, Spanish or Both in this column for the assessment language.

  3. Once that is updated, you can process the SRU again.
